Our Founder
Katina FM Aziz is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of experience in alternative asset management, and strategic analysis, specializing in family offices and private wealth management. She has worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, single family offices, multi-generational family enterprises, and institutional investors to develop customized portfolio reporting solutions, optimize asset allocation, and enhance governance structures.
Her expertise spans hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and direct investments, with a strong track record in structuring, due diligence, risk management and business development. As a global generalist, Katina has conducted business across 23 countries, navigating diverse industries such as renewable energy, technology, real estate, consumer goods, and more. She has overseen asset portfolios ranging from $35 million to $200 million, evaluating and executing strategic investments that drive long-term wealth preservation and growth.
Katina holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance and Marketing from NYU's Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's in International Business from Berkeley College. She is also a certified Life Purpose Coach, an experienced conference panelist, and conversant in both Spanish and Arabic. With a hands-on approach to family office structuring, investment strategy, and business development, Katina excels in creating tailored solutions that align with the unique goals and values of the families she serves.
