Our Founder
Katina FM Aziz is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of global experience in alternative asset management, strategic analysis, and private wealth advisory—working across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and direct investments. Her core expertise lies in supporting family offices, UHNW individuals, and multi-generational wealth platforms with customized portfolio construction, governance frameworks, and asset optimization strategies.
Katina has also built a strong reputation as a transformational interim executive to family office backed companies. She has served as Fractional Executive to several portfolio companies across sectors such as spirits, legal services, renewables, and technology. Her leadership has consistently delivered turnarounds and accelerated growth—positioning companies for revenue growth, improved capital efficiency, and successful market expansion.
Her global generalist lens spans strategic investments in 23 countries and oversight of portfolios ranging from $35 million to $200 million. She is adept at performing deep-dive due diligence, financial modeling, investor relations, capital raising, and risk management. Katina has also co-managed a hybrid hedge fund/family office structure and overseen fund operations, compliance, and reporting infrastructures.
Katina holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance and Marketing from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a BBA in International Business from Berkeley College. She is a certified Life Purpose Coach, an experienced panelist, and fluent in English with professional Spanish and conversational Arabic proficiency.
